Kafka Kaya is pro common sense and against making things absurdly complicated. This is why I decided against generating an absurdly long text of the general terms and conditions in a language nobody but lawyers understand. I am instead using simple english sentences to tell what is going to happen with your personal data.

If you give us your name and your email address, I will use it to send you emails every now and then. So far so good.
You have the right to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by letting us know (by email). I will then remove your personal information from the data bank and not contact you again unless you resubscribe.

Yeah, not a fan. So no, I don't use cookies to improve your user experience or our service on this website. After all, this website is here to share my music and my art. If you don't like it, I'm you’ll find an alternative that fits your taste.
Ads
I don't run ads. I believe you should be free to figure out what you need and want to buy. And if you don't want to buy anything! Don’t let them tell you otherwise and enjoy your peace of mind.
Analytics
I currently don’t use Google Analytics or anything of that sort. However, in the future, should I ever want to generate some side income off of my music, I might find it useful to know where my listeners are from so that I can plan live shows accordingly.
If I decide to use analytic tools, I will let you know.
